Our Commitment

We stand behind every Ignition Nutrition formula. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any product. We want every man who tries our products to feel confident in his investment.

Return Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

The 30-day window applies to first-time purchases of each product. Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from tribulperformance.com. We cannot process refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.
  • You must have used the product as directed for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a refund (supplements require consistent use to assess effectiveness).
  • Only one refund per product per household will be honored.
  • Products that were purchased as part of a bundle (The Bull Stack) are eligible for a bundle-level refund only — individual products within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or subscription services (if applicable).

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund:

Contact Customer Support

Email us at support@tribulperformance.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your full name, order number, the product(s) you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

Receive Return Authorization

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions, if applicable. Do not return products without an RMA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return the Product (if required)

In most cases, we do not require you to return the product. However, we reserve the right to request that partially used or unused product be returned at your expense before processing the refund. If a return is required, we will provide the return address with your RMA.

Receive Your Refund

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tribulperformance.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting us may be permanently banned from making future purchases on the Site.
